**Role Overview**:
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced MBBS/MD Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician with critical care experience to join our dynamic medical team. This role will primarily focus on providing comprehensive medical care to hospitalized patients, with a special emphasis on internal medicine or family medicine, as well as managing critically ill patients in our intensive care unit.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide expert medical care to hospitalized patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of medical conditions.
- Manage critically ill patients in the intensive care unit, ensuring timely and effective interventions and adherence to best practices in critical care medicine.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Participate actively in medical rounds, consultations, and case discussions to optimize patient outcomes and promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in internal medicine, family medicine, and critical care medicine, and incorporate evidence-based practices into clinical care.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- MBBS/MD degree from a recognized medical institution.
- Board certification or equivalent in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal medicine, family medicine, or critical care medicine, preventive medicine, with a strong emphasis on clinical excellence and patient-centered care.
- Exceptional clinical skills, including proficiency in managing critically ill patients and making informed clinical decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and other healthcare professionals.
- Commitment to upholding ethical standards and delivering compassionate, high-quality care to patients.

Pay: From ₹150,000.00 per month
