**VISA OFFICER - UK & IRELAND**

We are looking for an experience Visa Officer for our Trivandrum and Cochin Branch. Applicant must have experience in UK & Ireland visas. Knowledge of USA/Canada/Europe/Australia and NZ visas will be an advantage.

**Full Job Description**

1. Keeping up to date with alterations to immigration laws.

2. Provide correct advice to clients

3. Deal with all types of visa categories

4. Advise, assess, and collect and record relevant documents for visa process

6. Making biometric appointment for the client.

9. Communicating and drafting letters to relevant embassies concerned to clients’ immigration matters through the whole process.

10. Build and maintain close relationships with clients and respond to their queries

11. Give clear and accurate information based on the current immigration & visa laws & policies.

12. Provide a fair and neutral evaluation of a client’s profile.

13. Stay up to date with the latest relevant legislation

14. Comply and deliver within set deadlines

15. Always adhere to company processes and policies
- Good command of oral and written communication.
- Target oriented & self-motivated
- Sound knowledge of UK, Ireland, Canada, USA, Europe, Australia and NZ visa process
- Good working knowledge of MS Office tools.
- Willing to work extra hours when necessary.

**Salary**:
**Up to 4 Lakhs (DOE)**

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- VISA FILING FOR OVERSEAS EDUCATION: 1 year (preferred)
