**Job Title**: MRD Technician (Medical Records Department Technician)

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Organize, manage, and update patient health records and information systems.
- Ensure timely collection, coding, and storage of medical data.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all patient data.
- Retrieve medical records for physicians and other authorized personnel.
- Assist with medical audits and insurance claim processes.
- Stay updated with healthcare laws and standards related to medical records.
- Coordinate with departments for smooth and efficient medical recordkeeping.

**Requirements**:

- **Diploma or Degree** in Health Information Management / Medical Records Technology / MRD Technician course from a recognized institution.
- 1-2 years of experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred (Freshers may apply).
- Familiarity with ICD-10 coding and hospital information systems (HIS) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and data entry skills.
