Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and translate them into effective Pega workflows, case management, and UI components.

Process Analysis and Optimization: Analyze existing investigation processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation using Pega Smart Investigate. Streamline case management, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance decision making capabilities to accelerate resolution times and reduce operational costs.
