**Job Summary**: Jobsense Training Institute is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to counsel prospective students about the various courses offered by the institute, guiding them to make informed decisions about their education and career paths.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Student Counseling**: Engage with potential students via phone calls to provide detailed information about the institute's courses, including programming training, data visualization, graphic design, digital marketing, Microsoft Office essentials, Tally ERP, data structures and algorithms, and internship opportunities. jobsense.in+2jobsense.in+2jobsense.in+2
- **Lead Conversion**: Follow up on inquiries and leads promptly, aiming to convert prospects into enrolled students by effectively communicating the benefits and features of our courses.
- **Record Maintenance**: Accurately document all interactions with prospective students in the CRM system, ensuring up-to-date and organized records.
- **Target Achievement**: Meet or exceed monthly enrollment targets as set by the management.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather feedback from prospects and enrolled students to help improve course offerings and counseling strategies.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and academic teams to stay updated on course details, schedules, and any new offerings.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- **Experience**: Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar customer service role, preferably in the education sector.jobsense.in+1jobsense.in+1
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Strong ability to engage with people, understand their needs, and provide appropriate guidance.
- **Computer Proficiency**: Familiarity with MS Office and CRM systems.
- **Motivation**: Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of the courses offered by Jobsense Training Institute.
- Ability to handle objections and resolve queries effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,905.59 - ₹20,000.01 per month
