**Job Summary**

The Brew Master for Beverages will lead the production of non-alcoholic beverages, including tea, shakes, lemonade, and other crafted drinks. This role oversees the development, refinement, and implementation of recipes, production processes, and quality control systems to ensure consistency, flavor excellence, and compliance with safety standards.

**Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Development**
- Innovate and develop unique recipes for beverages such as specialty teas, artisan shakes, and craft lemonades.
- Experiment with ingredients, brewing methods, and flavor combinations to meet market demands and trends.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create seasonal and limited-time offerings.

**Production Management**
- Plan and oversee the production process from ingredient preparation to packaging.
- Maintain efficient brewing, blending, and processing schedules to meet production targets.
- Optimize production workflows for maximum efficiency and mínimal waste.

**Quality Assurance**
- Establish and implement strict quality control protocols at every production stage.
- Conduct routine taste tests and sensory evaluations to ensure consistency and flavor quality.
- Maintain records of production data, quality reports, and batch outcomes.

**Equipment and Maintenance**
- Oversee the setup, maintenance, and sanitation of all beverage production equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment-related issues to minimize downtime.
- Research and recommend tools or machinery upgrades to enhance production capabilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
