**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process billing and insurance claims accurately and efficiently.
- Verify patient information and insurance coverage to ensure accurate billing.
- Utilize billing software (Global) to generate invoices and maintain billing records.
- Coordinate with insurance companies to resolve billing discrepancies and facilitate timely payments.
- Prepare and distribute discharge summaries for inpatient services.
- Ensure compliance with billing regulations and healthcare laws.
- Provide support to patients and resolve billing inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the finance department to reconcile billing records and accounts receivable.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Billing Executive or similar role in a healthcare setting.
- Familiarity with government health portals and regulations.
- Proficiency in billing software, preferably Global.
- Strong understanding of OPD and IPD billing procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of discharge summary preparation and other related tasks.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in Healthcare Billing or related field.
- Prior experience working in a hospital or healthcare facility.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Understanding of medical terminology and procedures.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
