
Hospital Marketing Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Marketing Strategy Development**:
- Design marketing strategies specific to maternity care, pediatric services, and related healthcare offerings.
- Work with the management and clinical teams to understand patient needs and develop marketing plans accordingly.
- Research and analyze market trends to stay competitive in the women’s and children’s healthcare sector.
- **Brand Positioning**:
- Position the hospital as a leader in maternal and child care services by promoting services such as obstetrics, gynecology, neonatal intensive care (NICU), pediatric care, and wellness programs.
- Manage and enhance the hospital’s online and offline presence, including social media, website, and other communication platforms.
- **Patient Engagement & Community Outreach**:
- Plan and execute community outreach programs, such as pregnancy workshops, child wellness events, health camps, and maternity classes.
- Develop content for patient education materials, newsletters, and campaigns aimed at expectant mothers and families.
- Engage with local communities, doctors, and influencers to drive awareness about the hospital’s unique offerings in maternal and child care.
- **Digital Marketing & Social Media**:
- Manage digital marketing campaigns tailored to expectant parents and families, focusing on key services like prenatal care, childbirth education, and postnatal care.
- Use social media platforms to share success stories, patient testimonials, and expert healthcare advice for mothers and children.
- Optimize hospital listings and ensure relevant content on healthcare directories and forums.
- **Partnerships and Networking**:
- Develop partnerships with local healthcare providers, clinics, and prenatal groups to increase patient referrals.
- Build relationships with OBGYNs, pediatricians, and birthing centers to ensure collaboration and increase patient flow.
- **Advertising & Promotions**:
- Coordinate the production of marketing materials such as brochures, banners, and advertisements targeted at mothers, families, and pediatric patients.
- Plan and manage promotional offers or health checkup packages for new mothers, newborns, and children.
- **Event Management**:
- Organize hospital-sponsored events like childbirth education classes, baby expos, pediatric health talks, and breastfeeding workshops to engage and educate target audiences.
- **Performance Monitoring**:
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns through key performance indicators (KPIs) like patient acquisition, conversion rates, and patient satisfaction.
- Prepare reports and provide insights for continuous improvement in marketing strategies.
- Conduct daily field visits to corporate offices to build relationships with corporate clients, schools and samajhes and Identify opportunities for partnerships.
- Corporate empanelment on cash or credit basis.
- Conducting health awareness programs.
- Organize and participate in corporate events, health camps, and workshops to raise awareness about our hospital's services and expertise.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as the marketing team, medical staff, and administration to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify areas for improvement and innovation in corporate marketing strategies.
- Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, conversion rates, and ROI, to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in healthcare marketing, especially in maternal and child care.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking with the ability to develop patient-centered campaigns.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and ethical standards.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for delivering results.
- Comfortable with daily fieldwork and travel within the Nashik region.
**Preferred Experience**:
- 2-4 years of experience in healthcare marketing, with a focus on maternity and pediatric services
