**JOB BRIEF**

Prathma Inopex Private Limited is seeking motivated and enthusiastic **Sales Executives** to drive client acquisition and revenue growth for our **IT & Digital Services**. The role involves identifying prospects, building relationships, pitching services, and closing sales in areas such as **Website Development, Application Development, SaaS Products, Server Hosting, Digital Marketing, SEO, and Social Media Management**.

**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY**
- Pitch and present IT & digital services to potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team for customized solutions.
- Achieve assigned sales targets (monthly/quarterly).
- Maintain strong client relationships for upselling and repeat business.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare reports on sales performance and share updates with the Sales Manager.

**EXPERIENCE**

a. Minimum Experience IT Sales:

- 2-3 years

b. Minimum Experience:

- 1 Year in Corporate

**BEHAVIROUAL & TECHNICAL SKILLS**
- Excellent communication & persuasion skills
- Basic understanding of IT services & digital marketing
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
- Good interpersonal skills and customer-oriented approach

Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM
