**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct and manage client meetings effectively.
- Assist in client servicing by addressing inquiries and maintaining client satisfaction.
- Perform customer calling for updates, follow-ups, and relationship management.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Analyze data and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Support the team in managing multiple tasks, prioritizing effectively, and meeting deadlines.
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all deliverables.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve organizational goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Statistics, Market Research, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
