Receptionist

**Greeting Visitors**: Welcoming guests, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner. Directing all visitors to the appropriate person or department as per process.
**Answering and Directing Calls**: Managing incoming phone calls, answering questions, taking messages, or transferring calls to the correct person or department.
**Handling Mail and Deliveries**: Receiving and distributing incoming mail, packages, and deliveries. Preparing outgoing mail or parcels as needed.
**Managing Office Supplies**: Keeping track of office supplies, restocking when necessary, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure that inventory is maintained.
**Supporting Administrative Tasks**: Assisting with other administrative duties like preparing reports, handling invoices, or coordinating office events or meetings.
**Handling office cafeteria & pantry services:
- **ensuring full functionality and 24x7 operations of pantry equipment’s such as coffee maker, microwave ovens and dispensers. Coordinating with café vendor for timely breakfast and lunch arrangements.
**Managing Reception Area**: Ensuring the reception area is tidy and organized, creating a welcoming environment for guests and staff.
**Managing Board room and meeting room Logistics request**: - Coordinating with concerned department for F&B & logistics requirements for board room and office townhall meeting. ensuring all arrangements are taken care.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
