**Key Responsibilities of a Store Executive**:

- Inventory Management:

- Monitor and maintain inventory levels.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Order stock based on demand forecasts.

**Stock Receiving and Dispatch**:

- Ensure proper receiving, checking, and storage of goods.
- Oversee the packing and dispatching of products as per orders.

**Customer Service**:

- Address customer queries and complaints promptly.
- Assist customers in locating products and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

**Team Coordination**:

- Supervise store staff, delegate tasks, and manage shift schedules.
- Train and mentor new team members.

**Sales and Revenue Monitoring**:

- Track daily sales and prepare reports for management.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and suggest improvements.

**Store Maintenance**:

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
- Ensure all safety and security protocols are followed.

**Software and Documentation**:

- Utilize software like ERP systems, Tally, or Excel for record-keeping.
- Maintain proper documentation of stock movements and financial transactions.

**Vendor and Supplier Management**:

- Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of stock.
- Negotiate rates and manage purchase orders.

**Compliance and Standards**:

- Ensure the store complies with company policies and legal requirements.
- Conduct regular checks to maintain quality standards.

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend only

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vishwakarma Industrial Area, Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

- Bachelor's (preferred)
