**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Delivery Management**:

- Ensure all scheduled deliveries are completed on time.
- Monitor drivers' routes and progress to ensure timely arrivals.
- Proactively address any delays, including updating customers promptly.
- **Customer Communication**:

- Inform customers of any unforeseen delays or changes to their delivery schedule.
- Maintain a professional and courteous tone in all customer interactions.
- **Driver Scheduling and Assignment**:

- Assign drivers their next job immediately after delivery completion.
- Optimize job assignments based on location, priority, and driver availability.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure all delivery requirements are met.
- **Logistics Optimization**:

- Monitor and improve delivery routes to enhance efficiency.
- Identify and resolve any logístical challenges that may impact delivery timelines.
- **Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, delays, and customer communications.
- Document driver schedules and job assignments for future reference.
- **Compliance**:

- Ensure all delivery activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven experience in logistics, delivery coordination, or a related field.
- Exceptional English communication skills (written and spoken) to liaise with UK-based customers.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with logistics software or tools is a plus.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
