We are looking for an designer specializing in presentation design to join our Marketing Creative team. This person will get to produce high-quality marketing proposals, and deliverables and presentations that promote and market the company, it’s solutions and its brand. If you have a passion for building and evolving a large brand, experience designing presentations and enjoy working independently and with a team teams this job is for you.
- How you’ll make an impact
- Create effective and innovative graphic design presentations, templates and deliverables that promote the brand while, working with the client and larger creative team existing templates and brand guidelines under the direction of the creative director and art director, on ideation, design, creation and modification of marketing projects including print and digital design, website design, campaign and lead generation pieces, illustrations, infographics, interactive infographics, presentations and more.
- Maintain internal and external document, template and image libraries (auditing, modifying, updating and posting).Uphold brand guidelines and have a strong knowledge of design standards, follow established processes and best practices for the design and creation of proposals
- Develop compelling diagrams, charts and data visualizations to make complex concepts easy to digest
- Design, tag and maintain templates for company resource library
- Support creation of file structures, slide tagging and asset management Partner with internal teams to implement and improve processes for collateral, templates and all materials.
- Stay current with digital and traditional graphic medium best-practices and standards, as well as related technology and systems.

- Support work intake and volume management
- Support quality control by providing brand check
- Work under pressure, handling tight turn times and a range of tasks and projects at the same time
- Collaborate with peers to process work efficiently (e.g., when appropriate, split large or time-sensitive requests to ensure that deadlines are met)
- Conceptualize and develop templates, response content and improve and maintain response repositories in collaboration with the Creative team
- What we're looking for
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) from three/four-year college or university in Graphic Design, or a related field of study.
- 2-5 years of professional design experience
- Excellent command of the English language - ability to edit and organize information, ability to clearly illustrate complex technical concepts, and create accurate procedural and reference information
- Have the ability to take creative direction
- Experience working as part of globally distributed team
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Have a passion for learning and expanding your design skillset
- Power user capabilities with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Visio) required
- 3 or more years of experience in a marketing or agency design role required.
- Proficient working in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat Pro.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) required.
