Pdi Supervisor

**Team Leadership**:Manage and supervise a team of PDI technicians, assigning tasks and monitoring their performance to ensure efficient workflow.
- **Vehicle Inspection**:Oversee the complete functional and visual inspection of new vehicles, checking for any damage, scratches, missing parts, or other imperfections.
- **Technical Checks**:Ensure all technical aspects, including fluid levels, battery charge, and charger components, are thoroughly checked and within specified parameters.
- **Quality Control**:Verify that the vehicle meets all OEM and internal quality standards, ensuring that all work and inspections are documented.
- **Vehicle Preparation**:Ensure vehicles are meticulously cleaned, washed, and detailed to high standards before customer delivery.
- **Coordination**:Work closely with the sales and service teams to coordinate timely vehicle preparation and delivery.
- **Defect Reporting**:Identify and report any defects or issues found during the inspection process to the relevant departments for resolution.
- **Reporting**:Generate detailed reports on PDI activities, defects, and operational performance.

Required Skills & Attributes
- **Technical Knowledge**:A strong technical understanding of two-wheelers to comprehend technical aspects and procedures.
- **Leadership & Interpersonal Skills**:Ability to lead and motivate a team, and effectively communicate with colleagues and other departments.
- **Process-Oriented**:A systematic approach to ensure adherence to PDI processes, procedures, and internal guidelines.
- **Attention to Detail**:Meticulous in inspecting vehicles for even the smallest cosmetic or functional issues.
- **Problem-Solving**:Ability to identify and facilitate the correction of defects.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
