Key Responsibilities:

- **Instruction and Curriculum Development**:

- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
- Plan and conduct activities that include art, music, movement, and storytelling to enhance children's learning and creativity.
- Use a variety of teaching methods and materials to cater to different learning styles and abilities.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Create a welcoming and nurturing classroom environment that supports positive interactions and learning.
- Establish and maintain clear rules and routines to manage classroom behavior effectively.
- Ensure the classroom is safe, clean, and well-organized.
- **Student Development and Support**:

- Observe and assess children's progress, development, and behavior, and provide individualized support as needed.
- Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages children to express themselves and interact with peers.
- Support children in developing essential social skills such as sharing, cooperation, and problem-solving.
- **Parent and Caregiver Communication**:

- Maintain regular communication with parents and caregivers about their child’s progress and development.
- Conduct parent-teacher conferences and provide updates on classroom activities and student achievements.
- Address any concerns or issues raised by parents and work collaboratively to support each child's needs.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in early childhood education.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share resources and strategies for improving classroom practices.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, assessments, and other documentation as required.
- Prepare and submit reports on classroom activities and student progress.

Qualifications:

- **Educational Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
- Certification in early childhood education or a similar qualification is preferred.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a preschool or early childhood education setting.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and support young children in a learning environment.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kannamangala, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)

**Experience**:

- Preschool: 2 years (required)
