**Job Title**: MSTR / Power BI Administrator

**Location**: Pune / Trivandrum (Onsite)

**Experience Required**: 4-6 Years

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide administration and operations support for MSTR and Power BI platforms.
- Maintain business analytics platforms for smooth functioning.
- Perform user, group, and project administration.
- Automate administrative tasks using scripts to optimize daily workflows.
- Configure and maintain web servers, including Tomcat.
- Handle license renewals and database-related tasks.
- Monitor infrastructure, log activities, and server performance.
- Troubleshoot issues and manage incidents, changes, and service requests through tools like ServiceNow.
- Support platform documentation and reporting.
- Deliver Level 2 support to internal users and customers.
- Perform Linux server activity monitoring and platform maintenance.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
**Must-Have**:

- 4+ years of experience as a **MicroStrategy (MSTR) Administrator**.
- Strong hands-on experience with **Linux** systems.
- Working knowledge of **Power BI**.
- Familiarity with incident and change management tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
- Understanding of infrastructure security principles.
- Basic networking knowledge (Routing, IP, TCP).

**Nice-to-Have**:

- MSTR Administrator Certification.
- Experience with BI tools such as **SAS**, **MSTR**, **Power BI**, etc.
- Exposure to **Azure Synapse Analytics**.
- Experience working in a **global delivery model** for international clients.

Pay: ₹311,890.29 - ₹1,317,660.24 per year
