**Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize, design, and animate engaging motion graphics for various projects including but not limited to videos, presentations, social media content, and advertisements.
- Work closely with the creative team to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience.
- Create storyboards, mood boards, and visual concepts to communicate ideas effectively.
- Utilize industry-standard software and tools such as Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop to create high-quality motion graphics.
- Ensure that all motion graphics adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in motion graphics design to continuously improve skills and enhance creative output.
- Collaborate with other team members including animators, designers, and video editors to deliver projects on time and within budget.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- **Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop.**:

- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas that align with project objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Animation, or a related field is preferred but not required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
