**JOB DESCRIPTION**

Are you a night owl with excellent communication skills? We are seeking energetic and motivated individuals for the position of Night Shift Executive (Cold Calling). As a part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients through outbound cold calls during the specified night shift hours.
- **Job Title**: US/BPO Calling Executive (Cold Calling)
- **Salary Range**: INR **14,000** to INR **17,000** (Based on Interview Performance)

- **Shift Timing**: 7:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m. (Night Shift)
- **Working Days**: Monday to Friday (**5 days a week**)
- **Weekend Off**: Saturday and Sunday**Food**:Food is provided by the company
- **Job Type**: Full-Time
- **IntrivewTime**: (Evening) 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM

**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting outbound cold calls to potential clients and promoting our products/services.
- Building and maintaining a strong customer database.
- Achieving weekly and monthly targets set by the company.
- We are providing accurate information to clients and addressing their queries.
- Collaborating with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in a night shift environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications will be a plus.
