**Marketing Projects Coordinator**

**Qualifications: -**
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/ Mechanical/ business administration/ marketing/ or a related field.
- 5-6 years of experience in Marketing projects coordination.
- Must have strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail.
- Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

**Job Summary: -**

1. Organises and manages the various parts of a project to ensure its success. This includes assigning and monitoring daily tasks and communication, as well as creating reports and updates for the marketing/ project manager and other members of management.

2. Under direction of the Marketing Manager, is responsible for the planning, production, coordination and distribution of marketing communications projects and materials.

3. Coordinates the workflow and project timelines of the department’s creative production staff.

4. Scheduling deadlines, communicating with the stakeholders

5. Coordinates for the timely production of materials by updating the concerned department.

6. Setting and tracking priorities for jobs in progress, including assigning deadlines for diverse project elements to internal production staff.

7. Working with internal department to develop project timelines and ensure departments provide materials and information within timelines for successful project completion.

8. Preparing advance production timelines and plans for recurring projects.

9. Acting as liaison between marketing team, vendors and internal departments for consultation, product finalization.

10. Manages multiple projects and deadlines, coordinating the work of other departments to meet delivery, quality and cost objectives. Regularly reviews projects, exploring new and innovative procedures to improve final product and delivery.

11. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
