**Job description**
- Greets and meets customers on arrival at the shop
- Presents the customer with the needed Jewellery and provides information, such as pricing
- Ensures all documents relating to the purchase of any Jewellery are also bagged with the goods purchased

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in jewelry retail sales or a related field is advantageous.
- A passion for jewelry, gemstones, and the ability to understand and explain their unique qualities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
- Customer-focused with the ability to create a positive shopping experience.
- Sales-driven with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of jewelry appraisals, metals, gemstones, and jewelry care is preferred.
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain an organized store environment.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software is a plus.
- Flexibility to work during weekends, holidays, and special events as required in the retail industry.
