**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging science lessons in alignment with the school's curriculum as per CBSE guidelines.
- Design interactive activities, experiments, and visual aids to make science concepts accessible and enjoyable for young learners.
- Foster a safe and stimulating classroom environment that promotes student participation, inquiry, and learning.
- Use a variety of instructional strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Evaluate student progress through regular assessments, assignments, and class activities.
- Provide timely feedback to students and maintain clear communication with parents regarding academic progress and behavior.
- Maintain accurate student records, including attendance, grades, and performance reports.
- Participate in school events, workshops, parent-teacher meetings, and extracurricular activities.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to develop interdisciplinary projects and support school-wide initiatives.
- Stay updated with best practices in primary science education and integrate educational technology as appropriate.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s Degree nd B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) - Mandatory
- **Experience**: Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience in a similar role (preferred)
- **Skills**:

- Strong command of scientific concepts relevant to the primary level
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- Ability to engage and inspire young learners
- Creativity in lesson planning and delivery
- Proficiency in using digital tools and teaching aids
- Team player with a positive and professional attitude
