**Qualification: B.Sc, M.Sc. Microbiology**

**Experience: 1 - 2 Years**
- Line monitoring, CCP monitoring, GMP-GHP monitoring, HACCP knowledge, knowledge on audit documentation, record keeping.

Microbiological analysis including media preparation of FG,PM & RM.
- ERP entries for FG Release.
- Maintaining external & internal Calibrations of Micro laboratory instruments and Process equipment’s.
- Documentation of Microbiological results in prescribed formats; as per Customer specification.
- HACCP related Validation work as and when required.
- Development /Implementation of new Lab. Procedures/techniques as and when required.
- Over all Documentation of the Laboratory.
- Helping QA manager for the lab report to be sent to customer
- Overall supervision of the Laboratory.
- Trend analysis of Personal hygiene Plant hygiene and FG results.
- Laboratory Inventory Management and coordinating the procurement of the same.
- Cost analysis for Micro Lab Chemicals and consumables.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
