Flexo Priniting Operator

Job Responsibilities:

- Set up and operate flexo printing press according to job specifications.
- Monitor print quality and make adjustments to ensure consistent results.
- Load and unload materials onto printing press and prepare for printing process.
- Inspect and maintain printing press, ink systems, and other equipment as needed.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning tasks to maintain equipment.
- Work with other team members to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Follow all safety procedures and use proper protective equipment.
- Keep accurate records of production and maintenance activities.

**Requirements**:

- diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in flexo printing or related field.
- Knowledge of flexo printing processes and techniques.
- Ability to set up, operate, and maintain flexo printing press.
- Familiarity with printing equipment, materials, and software.
- Ability to work accurately and quickly, with attention to detail.
- Good mechanical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy materials and equipment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and in a fast-paced environment.
