Accessories Incharge

**Sales Management & Target Achievement**:

- Lead and manage the accessories sales team to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase sales volume, profitability, and brand presence.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and areas to optimize sales.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the accessories sales category, reporting on performance to senior management.

**Customer Engagement & Relationship Building**:

- Deliver exceptional customer service by identifying customer needs, recommending suitable products, and providing personalized shopping experiences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regular customers, encouraging repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Address customer concerns, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency to ensure satisfaction.

**Product Knowledge**
- Stay up to date with the latest trends, designs, and innovations in the accessory market.
- Ensure the team is knowledgeable about the product range, including features, benefits, and pricing.
- Oversee the display and merchandising of accessories to ensure products are visually appealing and effectively showcased to drive sales.

**Market Analysis & Competitor Monitoring**:

- Regularly assess market trends and competitor offerings to ensure the store’s accessories collection is competitive and aligned with customer expectations.
- Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, emerging trends, and potential product gaps in the store's offerings.

**Reporting & Administration**:

- Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports on sales performance, stock levels, and customer feedback.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting for the accessories department to ensure financial goals are met.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
