Job Brief

Marketing and selling conference and banqueting facilities. Scheduling reservations. Operating the facility profitably. Planning well so each event runs smoothly. Checking all bills are paid on time. Managing your food and beverage team. Coordinating with banquet operations and kitchen. Briefing staff and checking the venue set-up before the event. Ensuring the venue is turned around, ready for the next event. Assigning targets to sales executives and tele callers Ensuring the targets are achieved within stipulated time. Exploring partnerships with third party vendors/event companies. Generating database for the tele-callers and executives
