we are looking for best foreign language trainers for our institution for Spanish Language trainer, German Trainer, French Trainer, Japanese trainer, Chinese Trainer in Laxmi Nagar East Delhi.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach English lessons by providing engaging conversation activities to improve fluency, pronunciation, and conversational abilities for students of varying proficiency levels (beginner, intermediate, and advanced).
- Create lesson plans: Devise successful methods and resources to accommodate the individual requirements and preferred learning methods of students.
- Evaluate students' speaking abilities, provide them with constructive feedback, and monitor their progress to ensure ongoing improvement.
- Promote students' involvement and inspiration: Cultivate a welcoming and encouraging environment in the classroom which fosters their active participation, regular practice, and complete immersion in the language.
- Offer customized lessons for both individual students and small groups in our group sessions.
- Oversee progress in learning: Guarantee that students possess the ability to effectively utilize spoken English in various scenarios, spanning from formal interactions to informal talks.

**Qualifications & Profile**:

- Academic Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in any of the following fields - English, Linguistics, Education, or a related area - would be ideal. Possessing a TESOL/TEFL/DELE/JLPT/DELF/DALF/GOETHE certification would be considered an added advantage.
- Having previous experience teaching spoken English is strongly preferred.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in spoken and written English at a native or near-native level.
- Effective Communication: Demonstrates a clear and engaging teaching style to effectively convey ideas.
- Flexibility: Skill in altering instructional techniques based on varying learning preferences and individual student requirements.
- When it comes to interpersonal skills, I am known for being patient, friendly, and approachable. My true passion lies in teaching and supporting others to succeed.
- Proficient in utilizing digital tools and platforms for virtual instruction as well as delivering lessons if necessary.
