**Video Editor - Educational Content Specialist**

Primary Responsibilities
- Transform raw recordings into polished, engaging 3-5 minute video content
- Design and implement eye-catching graphics and visual elements to enhance learning experience
- Maintain consistent branding and style across all video content
- Collaborate with instructors to ensure educational objectives are met
- Optimize videos for various social media and educational platforms
- Meet production deadlines while maintaining high quality standards

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Proven experience with AI-based video editing tools and workflows
- Proficiency in traditional video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
- Strong understanding of narrative structure and storytelling techniques
- Excellent command of language for crafting compelling captions and text overlays
- Creative mindset with an eye for engaging transitions and visual effects
- Knowledge of current social media trends and short-form video best practices

Technical Requirements
- Experience with motion graphics and animation
- Understanding of color correction and audio mixing
- Proficiency in video compression and export settings
- Familiarity with video aspect ratios and platform-specific requirements

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in educational content creation
- Background in social media content optimization
- Understanding of learning experience design principles
- Portfolio demonstrating short-form video editing capabilities
