**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with art directors, animators, and other team members to understand project requirements and artistic vision.
- Create detailed sketches, concept art, and layouts for backgrounds based on project specifications and artistic direction.
- Use digital painting software and traditional artistic techniques to develop high-quality background artwork that enhances the visual storytelling of the project.
- Ensure consistency in style, color palette, and mood across all background elements to maintain visual coherence throughout the project.
- Incorporate feedback and revisions from art directors and other team members to refine and improve background designs.
- Meet project deadlines and production schedules while maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail.
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and best practices in background design and animation to continually improve skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as animation, lighting, and compositing, to ensure seamless integration of background artwork into the final product.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Illustration, Animation, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Background Artist in the animation, gaming, or entertainment industry.
- Strong artistic skills with proficiency in digital painting software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Corel Painter) and traditional artistic techniques.
- Excellent understanding of composition, perspective, lighting, and color theory.
- Ability to adapt to various artistic styles and effectively translate concept art and sketches into finished background artwork.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a creative team.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Passion for storytelling and a creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.

**Salary**: upto 15k CTC per month.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
