**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Styling & Coordination**: Plan and style looks for photoshoots, campaigns, events, and product launches.
- **Trend Analysis**: Stay updated on industry trends, colors, and patterns to influence collections and promotional activities.
- **Brand Alignment**: Ensure all styling aligns with BANANA CLUB's brand identity and target audience.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with photographers, models, and the creative team to deliver compelling visuals.
- **Wardrobe Management**: Manage and maintain an organized inventory of clothing and accessories for shoots and events.
- **Content Creation Support**: Assist the marketing team in creating engaging content for social media and e-commerce platforms.
- **Vendor Relations**: Build and maintain relationships with external stylists, retailers, and fashion partners.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Educational Background**: Degree in Fashion Design, Styling, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**: 2+ years of professional experience as a stylist in retail, e-commerce, or a fashion brand.
- **Fashion Savvy**: Deep knowledge of fashion trends, color theory, and styling techniques.
- **Creative Vision**: Strong ability to curate unique and appealing looks that connect with the audience.
- **Detail-Oriented**: Excellent attention to detail for outfit curation and overall presentation.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹41,103.04 per month
