**URGENTLY REQUIREMENT FOR SAUDI**

**Designation= Aluminum Facades Estimator**

Qualification = Engineer

Salary =5000 to 6000 SAR

Accommodation = Allowance is provided

Duty =8 hrs - 6 days

Contract = Permanent Job

Exp = Minimum 5 yrs Experience

**Aluminum Facades Estimator responsible for**:
Evaluation of tender documents/enquires and preparation of a competitive bid within the project deadline.

Conduct site visits to review project scope of work, develop estimates and proposal costs, identify risks, and recommend mitigation actions.

Negotiation with suppliers on both technical and commercial aspects Value Engineering based on client/contractor budget constraint.

Review project specifications and engineering drawings to understand client requirements.

Analyze project scopes, materials, labor, and equipment needed for accurate cost assessments

Preparation of technical submittals for consultant/client review.

Prepare bid documents, which may include scopes of work, specifications, and diagrams.

Maintain and update a database of cost estimates and historical data for future reference.

Participate in technical discussions and meetings to clarify project details and scope.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and quality guidelines in all estimations.

Prepare Bill of Quantities and determine pricing for Tender.

Familiar with Standard Forms of Contracts and Methods of Measurement.

Analyze and compare quotations from subcontractors and suppliers to develop appropriate bid pricing.

Project Budget preparation in line with Company Cost Code Structure for awarded projects

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹110,000.00 per month

Schedule:
