Job Title: Gunman Security Guard / PSO

HARIDWAR BASED JOB

SALARY:

- 20000/- to 30000/
- Key Responsibilities:

- Patrol Assignments: Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to deter and detect unauthorized activity.
- Incident Response: Respond promptly to alarms and security breaches, assessing situations and taking appropriate actions.
- Access Control: Monitor and control access points, verifying identification and authorization of individuals entering the premises.
- Emergency Preparedness: Prepare for emergencies by maintaining knowledge of safety protocols and emergency contacts.
- Report Writing: Document daily activities, incidents, and any unusual occurrences in detailed reports.
- Collaboration: Work closely with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
- Policy Enforcement: Ensure adherence to security policies and regulations and report any violations to management.
- Customer Service: Provide assistance and information to employees and visitors, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in security or criminal justice is a plus.
- Valid firearms permit and completion of a firearms training program.
- Previous experience in security or law enforcement preferred.
- Strong observational and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and make decisions under pressure.
- Physical fitness to perform security duties.
