**Job Title: International Lead Generation Specialist**

**Job Overview**:
As an International Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential business opportunities in international markets. The role involves utilizing various strategies and channels to generate leads, engage with prospects, and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Market Research**: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential target industries, companies, and decision-makers in international markets.
- **Lead Identification**: Utilize online platforms, databases, and other sources to identify and compile a list of potential leads matching the company's target criteria.
- **Qualification**: Qualify leads based on predefined criteria, understanding their needs, budget constraints, and decision-making processes.
- **Database Management**: Maintain and update lead databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
- **Lead Nurturing**: Implement lead nurturing strategies to keep potential clients engaged and informed about the company's offerings.
- **Collaboration with Sales Teams**: Collaborate closely with the sales team, providing them with qualified leads and relevant information to facilitate the sales process.
- **Reporting**: Generate and analyze reports on lead generation activities, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- **Networking**: Actively participate in industry events, webinars, and forums to expand the company's network and identify potential leads.
- **Feedback Loop**: Provide feedback to marketing and product development teams based on insights gained from lead interactions to improve overall strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in international lead generation, preferably in a B2B context.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional language proficiency may be an advantage).
- **Research Skills**: Strong research skills to identify and analyze potential leads and market trends.
- **Sales Acumen**: Understanding of the sales process and the ability to identify key decision-makers and influencers.
- **Technology Proficiency**: Familiarity with CRM systems, lead generation tools, and other relevant technologies.
- **Proactive Attitude**: Self-motivated and proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to adapt to different cultural nuances and market dynamics in various international regions.
- **Organizational Skills**: Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple lead generation activities simultaneously.
- **Results-Driven**: Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding lead generation targets.
