Academic Delivery

- Contribute to preparation of Academic Calendar (monthly + weekly plan).
- Design and evaluate assignments, tests, and model papers.
- Conduct weekly class tests and report student progress.
- Provide feedback on syllabus coverage vs. plan during weekly academic review meetings.

Monitoring & Reporting
- Maintain Class Ledger (attendance, topics covered, homework/assignments given).
- Submit weekly progress reports to Subject Head.
- Identify academically weak students and prepare remedial strategies.

Student Engagement
- Mentor students for both academic confidence and competitive exam discipline.
- Ensure a positive, motivating, and disciplined classroom environment.
