**Key Responsibilities**:
- Evaluate patients’ physical and mental condition and determine their functional abilities.

- Use therapeutic techniques to improve motor skills, coordination, and daily function.
- Train patients and caregivers on the use of adaptive equipment and techniques to aid daily activities.
- Monitor and document patients’ progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals including physiotherapists, speech therapists, nurses, and physicians.
- Educate family members and employers on how to accommodate and support patients.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
