Job Responsibilities:
1. Prepare detailed project reports (DPRs) with technical and financial plans for watershed interventions.

2. Experience of work at District level in government or private sector, handling of team management, communication skills, Organizing and Managing Trainings.

3.Organize training programs for local communities, self-help groups (SHGs), and other stakeholders to enhance their participation.

4. Regularly monitor the progress of watershed activities to ensure compliance with plans and timelines.

5.Evaluate the social, economic, and environmental impacts of the watershed program.

6.Conduct outreach to educate communities about the benefits of watershed development.

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 36 months

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
