**Job roles and responsibilities**:
**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Create awareness of and develop the brand by communicating with target audiences and build and develop customer relationships
- Planning, advertising, public relations, event organisation, product development, distribution, sponsorship and research.
- Coordinating with supervisors by travelling to various college or universities in regard of training.
- Answering calls and resolving queries about product or services provided by company.
- Reaching potential or existing clients to advice them about the services or administration utilizing pre-defined scripts.
- Maintaining client relations and tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas.
- Calling active or old customers for updates.
- To explain the benefits of the product or service to potential clients.
- To retain the customer in case of dissatisfaction with the product or service.

**Qualifications and preferable skill Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing or related field.
- Experience as Marketing representative will be preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of English language, proficient in communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to switch communication style.
- Outstanding negotiation skills to resolve issues and address complaints.
- Telephone skills, data entering skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
