**Roles & Responsibilities**:
1.Verifying the accuracy and completeness of invoices, and matching them with purchase orders, receipts, and contracts
2. Preparing and processing payments to vendors using checks, ACH, or NEFT transactions
3. Reconciling accounts payable transactions and resolving discrepancies
4. Keeping accurate records of all accounts payable transactions and related documents
5. Collaborating with vendors and departments to resolve payment issues and answer questions
6. Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements
7. Participating in Internal and external audit trails
8. Involve in Month End Closing activities and support Book closure (Tax compliance)
