**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Student Engagement**: Communicate with prospective students and their families to provide information about our programs, admissions process, and campus life.
- **Admissions Interviews**: Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate the qualifications and fit of prospective students.
- **Event Coordination**: Organize and participate in admissions events, such as open houses, campus tours, and information sessions.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the admissions team and other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient admissions process.
- **Outreach**: Develop and implement outreach strategies to attract a diverse and talented pool of applicants.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Previous experience in admissions, counseling, or a related role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and admissions software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in higher education admissions.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and data management.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
