Roles
- **Freight Broker/Dispatcher**:

- Responsible for negotiating rates, coordinating shipments, and ensuring timely delivery. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.
- **Logistics Coordinator**:

- Manages the day-to-day logistics operations, including scheduling, tracking, and problem resolution. Attention to detail and organizational skills are crucial.
- **Carrier Relationship Manager**:

- Builds and maintains relationships with carriers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance. Requires excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- **Sales and Business Development**:

- Focuses on acquiring new clients, expanding the customer base, and identifying growth opportunities in the market. Strong sales and networking skills are vital.
- **Technology Specialist**:

- Manages and optimizes the use of technology platforms for tracking, communication, and data analysis. Familiarity with logistics software and IT skills are required.
- **Customer Service Representative**:

- Acts as a liaison between clients, carriers, and internal teams, providing excellent customer service, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹220,000.00 - ₹540,000.00 per year
