**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize and design original jewellery collections (fine, fashion, bridal, bespoke) from sketches to final renderings.
- Create detailed 2D drawings and realistic 3D models using tools like Rhino, Matrix, and Illustrator.
- Collaborate closely with Product Development, Merchandising, and Manufacturing teams to ensure designs are feasible, cost-effective, and align with brand standards.
- Work on bespoke and customized orders, translating client briefs into unique, manufacturable designs.
- Research market trends, materials, techniques, and innovations to bring fresh perspectives into the design process.
- Maintain organized design files, technical specifications, and production-ready documentation.
- Liaise with CAD teams and artisans to ensure the smooth transition from design to prototype.
- Present design ideas through mood boards, sketches, and 3D models during internal reviews.
- Participate in quality control of samples and final products, suggesting necessary refinements.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in jewellery design and manufacturing.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Jewellery Design, Fine Arts, Industrial Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in jewellery design (luxury or high-end preferred).
- Proficient in Rhino, Matrix, and Adobe Illustrator; knowledge of Photoshop or other 3D rendering software is a plus.
- Strong sketching and illustration skills, with a keen eye for detail, form, and aesthetics.
- Deep understanding of different materials (precious metals, gemstones, enameling, etc.) and manufacturing processes.
- Strong sense of trends, style, and consumer preferences in the luxury and fashion jewellery sectors.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both visual and verbal.
- A portfolio showcasing a range of 2D sketches, 3D CAD models, and finished jewellery designs is mandatory.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
