**PMO Associate**

**Responsibilities**:

- Resource Planning, Onboarding & Off boarding Process. Act as a point of contact and communicate project status to all Team members.
- Performing various coordinating tasks like schedule meetings and risk management along with administrative duties like maintaining project documentation and handling non-technical and financial queries.
- Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings, documenting, and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings, coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track.
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise and work with project manager and team members by scheduling calls to eliminate blockers.
- Capture and compose MoM for all key meetings, following up on action items and support team members to deliver the work on time.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
- Track & Manage resource Timesheets, publish weekly RAG Status reports, HC report, absenteeism report, weekly status reports.
- Understanding the cost structure, tracking actuals, margin and variance by coordinating with finance teams.
- Provide forecasting, resource availability reports on monthly and quarterly basis to management.

**Business Skills**
- Prior experience in PMO roles will be an advantage.

**Supervision Skills**
- Self-starter with the ability to manage their own time and task.
- Hep the project Manager in day-to-day PMO activities.

**Personnel Development**
- Further self-development of SAP skills and management skills.

**General Skills/Tasks**
- Lead and focus project team efforts in developing solutions for client situations.
- Lead team effort in developing solutions for projects.
- Complete assignments within budget, meet project deadlines, maintain sensible commitments to client and team.
- Meet billing efficiency targets, complies with all administrative responsibilities in a timely and effective manner.
- Keep project management aware of project direction and client concerns.
- Understand client’s business and technical environments.
- Prepare status reports regularly.
