**Job Summary**:

**Reception Duties**:
- Greet and assist visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls..
**Administrative Support**:
- Maintain and update contact lists, office directories, and files (physical and digital).
- Assist in preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
- Support in scheduling and coordinating meetings, workshops, and events.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and office maintenance.
**NGO-Specific Support**:
- Assist in documentation and filing of project reports, donor communications, and compliance records.
- Maintain attendance records and support HR-related admin tasks.
- Help in organizing field visits, donor meetings, and community outreach activities.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in administration, social work, or related fields).
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (English and local language).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- A team player with a proactive attitude and high level of integrity.
- Experience working in the non-profit sector is an added advantage.
**Working Conditions**:
- Office-based, with occasional travel or event support as required.
- Monday to Saturday (8.50 AM - 5.35 PM) with flexibility for special events.
