**Graphic Designer**

Your graphics should communicate the right message. The goal is to inspire and attract the target audience.

**Responsibilities**
- Study design briefs and determine requirements
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
- Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
- Follow the appropriate/defined ‘Design Guidelines’
- Work with Creative director / Marketing dept. to produce final design
- Test graphics across all social media platforms
- Amend designs after feedback
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are aesthetically on-brand

**Requirements and skills**:

- A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop or others, as per industry standards)
- A good grasp on design basics, colour theories and an eye for details
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus

**Salary**: ₹10,769.30 - ₹38,000.00 per month

Schedule:
