यह एक फील्ड सेल्स एक्जीक्यूटिव के लिए पूर्णकालिक, ऑन-फील्ड भूमिका है।

इस पद में प्रत्यक्ष ग्राहक जुड़ाव, लीड जनरेशन और व्यावसायिक विकास को गति देने के लिए बिक्री रणनीतियों को लागू करके पुराने वाणिज्यिक वाहनों (जैसे महिंद्रा बोलेरो, टाटा ऐस, मारुति सुपर कैरी आदि) की बिक्री बढ़ाना शामिल है। इस नौकरी में 80% समय फील्ड में और 20% कार्यालय-आधारित गतिविधियों जैसे रिपोर्टिंग और समन्वय पर खर्च करना आवश्यक है।

संभावित ग्राहकों से जुड़ें और दीर्घकालिक संबंध बनाएँ।

फील्ड विजिट, रेफरल और साझेदारी के माध्यम से लीड उत्पन्न करें।

रूपांतरण बढ़ाने के लिए प्रभावी बिक्री रणनीतियों को लागू करें।

सौदे को अंतिम रूप देने और समन्वय सहित, संपूर्ण बिक्री संचालन का प्रबंधन करें।

ग्राहकों, डीलरों और आंतरिक टीमों के बीच निर्बाध संचार सुनिश्चित करें।

बाजार की जानकारी प्रदान करें और व्यावसायिक विकास पहलों में योगदान दें।

योग्यताएँ

उत्कृष्ट संचार और पारस्परिक कौशल।

सक्रिय दृष्टिकोण के साथ मज़बूत ग्राहक सेवा मानसिकता।

क्षेत्रीय बिक्री और लीड जनरेशन में सिद्ध अनुभव।

अच्छी बातचीत और अनुनय कौशल।

स्वतंत्र रूप से काम करने, पहल करने और तेज़-तर्रार माहौल में कामयाब होने की क्षमता।

रोज़ाना आने-जाने के लिए दोपहिया वाहन का मालिक होना (अनिवार्य)।

ऑटोमोटिव उद्योग में न्यूनतम 1 वर्ष का अनुभव (अधिमान्य)।

व्यवसाय, मार्केटिंग या संबंधित क्षेत्र में स्नातक की डिग्री। स्वचालन या एनबीएफसी/बैंकिंग/फार्मा/एफएमसी/वाणिज्यिक/रियल एस्टेट उद्योग।
