Nursery Teacher

Gian Tarang Pre School is seeks an enthusiastic and dedicated Nursery Teacher to join our team who has a NURSERY TEACHER TRANING ( NTT).As a Nursery Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the early learning experiences of our young students. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about early childhood education, has a nurturing demeanor, and possesses excellent communication skills.
- **Responsibilities**:_
- Create a stimulating and safe learning environment for children aged [specific age range].
- Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities, including games, crafts, and story time.
- Develop and implement daily lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational goals.
- a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages creativity, exploration, and social interaction.
- Provide individualized attention to each child, assessing their developmental needs and adapting teaching strategies accordingly.
- maintain open and effective communication with parents or guardians, providing regular updates on their child's progress.
- Ensure the health and well-being of the children by supervising activities, assisting with meals, and promoting good hygiene practices.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to enhance the overall educational program.
- Conduct regular assessments to evaluate student progress and maintain accurate records of their achievements.
- Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development workshops to stay updated on the latest teaching methods and trends in early childhood education.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Proven experience working as a Nursery Teacher or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices.
- Familiarity with relevant curriculum frameworks and educational standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to create a nurturing and supportive learning environment.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to establish positive relationships with children and their families.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
- First Aid and CPR certification (preferred).
- A genuine passion for teaching young children and a commitment to their holistic development.

**Salary**: ₹4,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
