Proper Material handling and stock upkeep of material received from the vendors properly as to ensure easy access identification, verification, handling maintenance etc.
- To ensure proper stocking of materials by using appropriate method of care and preservation to avoid any damage and loss.
- To ensure a smooth issuance of materials.
- All type of store related work like Indent, Purchase Order, GRN, Issue, Return, Transfer, Materials ,Reconciliation etc. in ERP package and Excel Ledger.
- To ensure proper safety measure are taken for the safety of the store building, material in the store and the men working in the store.
- Ensuring store is well maintained and the store is operational on a daily basis by completing daily inspection.
- Co-Ordination with Purchase Dept. /others.
- Material Unloading as per mentioned Specifications in purchase Order & Cross Checking of Qty.
- Maintaining inward, outward register & stock ledger.
- Daily Material Stock Report and Inventory records
- Maintaining Asset Register on Monthly Basis (Tools & Equipments).
- Verification of physical stock on Daily/Monthly Basis.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
