Task Robots is looking for a friendly and hardworking Telecaller with at least 6 months of e-commerce experience. You will be handling customer calls, helping with orders, and answering any questions about our products.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make and receive calls from customers.
- Help customers with their orders, deliveries, and returns.
- Provide information about products, offers, and discounts.
- Keep track of customer calls and feedback.
- Work with the team to ensure smooth order processing.

**Requirements**:

- At least 6 months of experience in e-commerce customer service.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Ability to manage multiple calls.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and customer service tools.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

**Timing : 9:30am to 6:30pm**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
