R&d Officer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct research and development activities in the field of organic chemistry, focusing on synthesis.
- Independently conduct literature surveys and stay updated with the latest advancements in the field.
- Develop new processes and products based on research findings.
- Design experiments and propose synthesis routes for new products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of R&D projects.
- Analyze and interpret experimental data to draw meaningful conclusions.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation using MS Word and PowerPoint.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Mentor junior staff members and provide technical guidance as needed.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong background in organic chemistry with hands-on experience in synthesis R&D.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage research projects.
- Proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint for report writing and presentation purposes.

**Salary**: ₹100,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
