Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct market research and analysis on various asset classes (equities, real estate & property, gold & silver, fixed income, alternatives, debt. etc.).

2. Develop and maintain asset allocation models, considering factors like risk, return, and correlation.

3. Analyze and recommend tactical and strategic asset allocation changes.

4. Monitor and report on portfolio performance, attribution, and risk.

5. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for stakeholders.

6. Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and industry best practices.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.

2. Professional certifications (CFA, CAIA, CFP) preferred.

3. 2+ years of experience in investment analysis or portfolio management.

4. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

5. Proficiency in tools like Excel, Bloomberg, FactSet, and portfolio management software.

6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Desirable Skills:
1. Experience with asset allocation software (e.g., BlackRock's Aladdin).

2. Knowledge of risk management and performance attribution.

3. Familiarity with regulatory requirements (e.g., SEBI, R.B.I).

4. Programming skills (e.g., Python, R).
